Your security when paying by card
Payment on Djuva takes place on encrypted connection, a so-called https connection.
Paying with credit cards online is actually safer to pay with compared to if you use your credit card at the local supermarket, meaning that you, as a consumer, are better protected when shopping online.
Djuva has an agreement with Pensopay. Payment is verified by Clearhaus
All transactions to Pensopay and Clearhaus in connection with payment are in encrypted form – see the Payment Services Act applicable to Internet commerce.
This means that, as a rule, you are not liable for abuse of your payment card over the Internet. If you suspect that a third party has misused the card, please contact your bank and ask to have your money returned to your account.
When do we withdraw money?
We will raise the money for your order when we ship your order from our warehouse.
If there is a discrepancy between your ordered text and the text we have digged, we will, of course, provide you with a new ID Tag, free of cost for you.
When we laser engrave your personal text, we use the text that you type in our ordering system.
It is therefore very important that you read your order and ensure that there are no spelling mistakes or typing errors
At Djuva you pay no fees – neither for expedition or for debit transactions.
All prices quoted on this page are inclusive of Danish VAT (25%).
Gift certificates and receivables expire 3 years after the date of purchase. The money is not returned on physical gift cards.
We will send your order as a letter with PostNord.
The cost of shipping covers postage, packaging and handling.
Delivery time with PostNord is usually 3-7 business days.
We ship with PostNord as a letter, so your bracelet comes straight into your mailbox.
At Djuva Sales IVS we gladly ship abroad.
Warranty and Advertising
The Purchase Act provides for 24 months warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behavior.
You must advertise within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect of the item. If you advertise within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If your claim is warranted, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging.
You have 14 days of withdrawal.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item or will receive the last item in physical possession (When ordering multiple items ordered in one order and delivered separately).
You must, within 14 days of receipt, inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification shall be given per mail, at email@example.com.
In the message, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can not regret just by refusing to receive the item without giving us a clear notice of this.
If you regret your purchase, you must pay to return the item. All other costs of the purchase will be returned to you.
To shop with us, please provide your name, email and address. We use this only when sending your order to the right place, sending you an email with an order confirmation and an update on email when your order has been sent.
- We will never disclose your information to a third party and never share your data elsewhere.
- We will never send you unwanted mails. You only receive mail from us if you sign up for our newsletter.
- We only store your name, email and address in our system for accounting reasons in accordance with the Accounting Act.
